How to make Outgoing telephone call with Jtapi ?

The download from javasoft is a
specification in the form of interfaces- with NO IMPLEMENTATION!

You need an implementation to match your hardware.

We are working on a freeware implementation , so far we have 
a 'pre-alpha' for dialogic hardware
on NT.

unfortunately outcall is one of the things that isn't working (yet)
