To me, if I can select a menu item, it does something.
 Personally I had no trouble discovering this feature. I agree that it could
be improved, and it should be non-textual (as in, it shouldn't look like any
other menu entry.)

The ----------- seems fairly obvious to me, though - perforation marks
showing that you can 'tear off here'
