This is a longstanding request, see bug #76616 (Size entry widgets 
could use some simple math):

I'm a little scared of this myself, because it looks like the sort
of thing that would be easy to implement but hard to support --
in terms of explaining it to users, fixing bugs, and explaining
why all the things that some user thinks *ought* to work
actually don't work.  But the enhancement request remains
open, waiting for somebody to contribute code.
