It should be fixed since yesterday. At least it didn't show up for me
since I fixed a memory corruption in the Curves code.

There's a Reset button at the bottom of the tool options dialog. If you
absolutely need a key-binding, feel free to add one using the Keyboard
Shortcut Editor.
