[Gimp-developer] gimp keyboard assignment f-request - zoom in/out behaviour

Where is that setting? At keyboard shortcut settings? When i edit the
binding by just scrolling up/down, it does not assign it as a
shortcut.Rather it just scrolls up/down on the settings window

using Gimp 2.6.0
