[Gimp-developer] Allow picking center for rotation?

The Layer>Transform>Arbitrary Rotation function allows you to enter
coordinates for a center of rotation, but it would be very handy to be able
to pick a point with the mouse.  I would like to submit a feature request in
Bugzilla to this effect.  Any comments/objections?
