        * app/widgets/gimpdock.c: made the font scale factor for the docks
        configurable in gtkrc.

        * themes/Default/gtkrc
        * themes/Small/gtkrc: for documentation purposes, added the
        default value for GimpDock::font-scale here. Changed all style
        property names to use the canonical names.
