[Gimp-developer] GIMP API Reference Manuals updated

Hi,

in preparation of the upcoming GIMP 2.6 release, I have updated the GIMP
API Reference Manuals at developer.gimp.org. You can find the API
documentation for GIMP 2.6 at the usual location:

  http://developer.gimp.org/api/2.0/

New symbols in 2.6 are marked as new, so you can continue to use this
documentation even if you are still developing plug-ins for GIMP 2.4.

PS: It would be nice if someone stepped up to improve the API reference
    manuals. It would benefit a lot from a review and if someone filled
    in the missing introductory sections.
