[Gimp-developer] How do I save the psd file with precomposite layer.

I have a program, need to read precomposed layer. the result of mine is
different from the preview from GIMP.
I have 10 layer if the psd file, and put only 2 layer visible. My result has
all the 10 layers visible. I wonder how to save the precomposed image
explicitly.
