Yes, you did. The use of capital letters in emails is commonly
considered to be an expression of shouting. Perhaps you should make
yourself familiar with the most basic rules of communication on the
internet.

Oh, come on. There are links to the various GIMP user forums, the
gimp-user mailing-list and there are prominent links to the user manual
where your question is answered as well. If you think that this is not
sufficient, we will be happy to receive your contributions for improving
the web-site. It's basically unmaintained, so any help is appreciated.
