Please stay on-topic. Cross-compilation is not a topic for the
gimp-developer mailing-list. There are very good HOWTOs available that
describe how to cross-compile free software using free toolchains. It
doesn't really make any difference if you want to cross-compile GIMP or
any other application / library.

Should you run into a particular problem that is directly related to the
GIMP code, then you are of course free to ask here and we will do our
best to solve that problem.
