[Gimp-docs] there are some error using cygwin for compiling gimp manual

Thats a problem of a missing catalog entry. The xml catalog on your
machine isn't correctly setup and the processor can't use the
stylesheets (thats also a reason why you're getting 0 errors when
validating). 

Have you added the line starting with:

    <rewritePrefix ...

to your xml catalog?
