[Gimp-docs] Validation problem

Weird problem this morning
All looks right, but NO xml directory is created, and I cannot find it 
anywhere when I do

[julien at localhost ~]$ cd CVS-pierre/gimp-help-2
[julien at localhost gimp-help-2]$ make validate ALL_LINGUAS="fr"
-- Profiling XML for fr
-- Validating XML for fr        number of errors: 5
*** Validating profiled XML ***
Log files of the validation process have been generated in the xml 
directory.
Please correct any errors before writing new content.

I made several attemps with the same result.
What happens?
