[Gimp-docs] patch : fix and add korean translation

Hi all

somedays ago, I sent a patch file.
and Axel Wernicke had merge my patch file, and he gave me some advices. (thanks, Axel)

So I fixed my works as his advice.
and added more.

please, check my patch file agian. and if it's ok, may merge.

I compiled Gimp user manual on Linux. (just only korean part)
then, I couldn't find any errors.
and I fixed all dead-link
