[Gimp-docs] help with an image

I'm asking here because I'm not able to reproduce the image in the rotation
color map filter "changeto.png".
I'm always getting to change the background color without getting the same
result that I see in the original image though I inserted the very same
numerical values.

Is here some so kind one who would like to explain me where I'm wrong?

Any help is very appreciated.
