[Gimp-docs] Connection fails with my cvs account

I got a cvs account a few weeks ago and I used it regularly to update my 
sandbox.
Suddenly, not knowing why, connection became impossible.

I got first this message:
     "ssh: connect to host cvs.gnome.org port 22: Network is unreachable"
echo $CVS_RSH gave nothing. So I defined CVS_RSH="ssh"

Since, when I do
  export CVSROOT=":ext:jhardlin at cvs.gnome.org:/cvs/gnome"
  cvs -z3 co gimp-help-2
nothing happens and, after a moment, I get a
  ssh: connect to host cvs.gnome.org port 22: connection timed out

I can normally connect in anonymous mode and to Internet!...

Removing my firewall changes nothing.

ssh-add gives
  Could not open a connection to your authentification agent

ping is OK
  ........
  --- cvs.gnome.org ping statistics ---
  13 packets transmitted, 13 received, 0% packet loss, time 12010ms
  rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 202.079/203.366/204.596/0.865 ms

host fails:
  [julien at localhost ~]$ host cvs.gnome.org
  cvs.gnome.org has address 209.132.176.178
  ;; Warning: Message parser reports malformed message packet.
  ;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

My OS is Mandriva 2006. I didn't change anything in my computer 
configuration.
 
Help! Has somebody any idea about how to solve this problem?
