[Gimp-docs] "ko" and "zh_CN" indexterms

French uses letters with an accent: I can't use them as initials for the
index because 'make' doesn't recognize them correctly. It doesn't place
them correctly in the index.
So, I was wandering whether you can get an available index in Korean.
