[Gimp-docs] Migration path to xml2po

Oh yes! Change more than two years habits, I am not sure I will be
capable to do that.
I don't know what xml2po is at all...

We will no longer be able to change the reference easily? GIMP is a very
complex tool and every day I discover a new tip in lists, forums,
reviews, books... The advantage of an inline help is permanent update.

I think all commands, menus, dialogs, filters have been described. But I
have no list: when reviewing a chapter, by the way, I see if something
is missing. Establihing a control list will need several days work.

"en" needs to be corrected for language and improved for content. It's a
pity that some good german text has not been translated to english.

Greetings.

Julien
