[Gimp-docs] "ko" and "zh_CN" indexterms

Congratulations for the solution to the index problem.

Now your proposition for internationalized index is interesting. But I 
don't know how to include a patch in my sandbox other than by 
copy-pasting items. Could you explain me how to include the whole patch 
at once?
