[Gimp-docs] question about the Measure tool

Hi All -

I've been trying to figure out what still needs to be written.  While
I'm doing that, I'm trying out various things mentioned in the doc to
see if they are described.

So here's my question:  When you select the Measure tool and check the
"Use info window" option, does an info window come up for you?  I didn't
get one.  I'm trying to figure out if I'm doing something wrong or if
the function doesn't work.
