[Gimp-docs] Make error, again

Hi,

unfortunately I don't understand french, so I can't read the error  
message. The problem might be, that you added a new directory below  
images/ and the make did not create the necessary directory below ./ 
html/images/

I'd suggest a rm ./stamps/* followed by a rm -r html and then do a make
