[Gimp-docs] Gimp-help-2.4 : abandoned languages, deprecated

What do we do with the text of abandoned languages in xml files?
Do we delete it or mark it with <!--...-->?
gimp-help has become so huge that deleting seems the best solution.

I started updating some files to en;fr: what must I do with obsolete
texts in other languages : keep, mark them as deprecated or delete them?
Sometimes, the xml structure has to be change. In this case, deleting is
also the best solution,  the file becomes messy otherwise.
