[Gimp-docs] Info Window

I would like to update the InfoWindow page for English & Italian. 
My English is not good at all so if there is already someone working 
on it (or willing to) in English I'll wait to translate it to my 
bellissima lingua :-)

I'll wait for feedback here in list...
