[Gimp-docs] 'nl' instead of 'no'

Error when installing Norwegian help files version 2-0.11.

When downloading Norwegian the Norwegian language files are given the name "nl" 
instead of "no" in the subfolder share\gimp\2.0\help. Someone able to correct 
this?
(I have not tried this out myself, but get a report from a friend.)
