[Gimp-docs] User Manual traduction to Spanish

Hello, I love GIMP but there seems to be no user manual in spanish, my native 
language. So I'd like to help, I know I can (I've already traduced a lot of 
stuff succesfully in wikipedia). Could you please send me a source of the 
manual or give a particular section if there's already someone working in the 
traduction?
