[Gimp-docs] release this weekend

Hi list!

Just want to inform you that I want to create the 0.13 Release this
weekend. We do have two bug reports open for this release (#450303,
#444383) which should be fixed easily.

If there are still any 'big' problems with the build system, let me
know.
