[Gimp-docs] Bug 415984

I recently added a bug on bugzilla about showing the XML filename on
each HTML page. The French documenation team added a few xml filenames
manually to our docs, which I and some other authors removed.

IMHO, this isn't anymore needed because the HTML pages are using the
section and chapter ids anyways. So you everyone can already tell which
HTML page belongs to which XML file, right?
