[Gimp-docs] Bugs for documents ... ?

A little while ago I reported a documentation bug ... some text 
appearing in Spanish in the english HELP.

I noticed another one (some Scandinavian language appearing in English) 
and some other occurrences of options not described to match the current 
2.4.1 gimp - looks like changes that haven't been made from 2.2.x series 
HELP.

Question: is raising separate bugs to "GIMP-manual" more trouble than 
its worth to the developers or would pointing these out be of assistance 
to those who actually know enough to correct them?
