[Gimp-docs] decompose/Foreground as registration color

Sorry, me again...
.... there is some tooltip on this option. In german it roughly says,
that "if the option is activated, every pixel of the current
foreground color will be black in each component of the decomposed
images/layers. This is quite useful to have something like "crop
marks" in every channel".
