[Gimp-docs] id conflict

Hi,

there is currently an ID conflict: two documents use the same ID
(plug-in-decompose-registered):

    src/menus/colors/components/decompose.xml
    src/filters/color/decompose.xml

Either those documents are merged or use different IDs ...
