[Gimp-docs] Swedish translation

Hi all,

I have sent a request to Roman to maintain the Swedish translation of
gimp-docs. It looks like a fairly large job to do but I like challenges.
It seems that the translations are incorporated in the XML structure,
something that I'm not used to. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction regarding information on how
to start?
