I have the same problem with images. There was a discussion on this
list before about not making image folder for every make run - too
many images. Instead, they created a link to /src/images folder from
html folder. Trouble is, windows doesn't recognize this as a hard link
of linux, its just a shortcut to a folder. That's why you have to copy
images yourself.
