[Gimp-docs] Current status on migration to gettext/po

After finishing last command (make po-it), I've done:

make xml-it

and 

touch key-reference-fr.xml
touch key-reference-it.xml

just to obtain:

$make xml-it
xml/it/glossary/e.xml

so my little trick just moved the problem from the make po-it to the make
xml-it command.
