Hey there,

I got the self installing GIMP 2.6.3 here => http://gimp.org/downloads/ (or
here => http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gimp-win/gimp-2.6.3-i686-setup.exe
specifically) and the help files from the link on the same page (i.e. here =>
ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/help/ - the two .bz2 files that combine into one
.tar).

Does that help you any?
