Yes please.

Example of usage: I know of many people (potentially all components of a lug) 
that could give a hand doing a revision of the translated text. The revision
history is useful for checking the errors but is reading the build date that 
one can be shure that the suggestion was really taken into account and
applied.

Yes, I can live without it, but I find it useful.
