[Gimp-docs] GIMP help in 2.6

Is this WebKit from http://webkit.org/?

It looks like they don't provide stable packages, and I don't have the 
time (and probably knowledge) to fix their bugs.

Is there any other source? If not, is it possible to compile gimp 
without WebKit (or without gimp-help-browser if necessary)?
