[Gimp-docs] Missing filters in my gimp-2.4.5

Hi,
I resume my problem which remains unsolved:

I installed gimp-2.4.5 from rpm (in /opt/gnome/bin/gimp-2.4).
I also installed it from source in /usr/local/gimp-2.4.5 (and verified
that my umask was 022 before #make install).

In both cases, when I start Gimp from console, I get the message
"Unable to read initialization file script-fu.init"

Gimp looks OK. I can work with it, but I can't find the "decor" and
"alpha-to-logo" filters and in Xtns, Logos and script-fus are absent.

Any idea to solve this problem?
