[Gimp-docs] Seek volunteers to translate the latest Manual (2.6 version) to Portuguese

Thanks, Felipe. I expect some other people will join this initiative, and
then it will be the moment to share the tasks, I think. Also want to correct
a mistake from my first message: where I said "avaliable in English", please
read "WHEN avaliable in English", because this task is still working. Thanks

para corrigir um erro cometido na minha primeira mensagem: onde disse
"disponível em inglês", por favor leia-se "QUANDO ESTIVER disponível em
