[Gimp-docs] some strings untranslated...

Probably your xml file is newer than the po file, so it won't be 
updated. Try
	prompt> ls -ltr src/gimp.xml pot/gimp.pot po/it/gimp.po xml/it/gimp.xml
to verify this, then
	prompt> touch src/gimp.xml
and
	prompt> make [-f Makefile.GNU] xml/it/gimp.xml
should create a file with correct translation:
	prompt> grep 'Come diventare un mago' xml/it/gimp.xml
	<phrase>Come diventare un mago di <acronym>GIMP</acronym>?</phrase>
