[Gimp-docs] "make validate" and <revnumber>

I tried :
<!DOCTYPE sect2 PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook XML V4.5//EN"
"http://www.docbook.org/xml/4.5/docbookx.dtd">
This doesn't work :-(. I still have a validity error.
(4.5 is installed on my computer)
