[Gimp-docs] ODF is deleted

It's a make feature. ;-) Intermediate files will be removed 
automatically. I didn't notice because I did not yet start making PDFs 
and ODFs.

I'll add a line to prevent make from removing this file (you may want to 
try it):

	.PRECIOUS: odf/%.odt
