[Gimp-docs] Draft html

Hi,

I ran
make -f Makefile xml/fr/menus/image-autocrop.draft

and got
[XML] xml/fr/menus/image-autocrop.xml
Error: cannot open file 'src/menus/image-autocrop.xml'.
-:1: parser error : Document is empty

-:1: parser error : Start tag expected, '<' not found

Making html/fr/gimp-image-autocrop-draft.html (ignore any XSLT
complaints) ...
Error: no ID for constraint linkend: gimp-tool-crop.

The same with all xml files I tested

Should try to open
'xml/menus/image-autocrop.xml' instead of
'src/menus/image-autocrop.xml', no?
