[Gimp-docs] Where have all my pictures gone?

Then you have changed this file in the master branch, and so you first 
have to revert your changes ('git checkout HEAD' or 'git checkout 
tools/make_image_links.pl').

The patch contains these changes, that's why it doesn't work your way.
