[Gimp-docs] English-Localised lookup table for function names?

OK, but this new feature must not prevent us from having both 'en' and
localized GIMP at the same time on our screen, as now with the
"LANGUAGE=xx gimp-2.6 -n" command. This is indispensable for me.
