[Gimp-docs] Missing (linked) names in html

In dialogs.po there are several calls like:
<keycombo><keycap>Ctrl</keycap><keycap>F</keycap></keycombo> opens a 
search field. See <xref linkend=\"gimp-dock-view-as-list\"/>

In (my) html this shows up as (Tip) "… see ???".

The goal is "#: src/concepts/docks.xml:489(para) in concepts.po"
Is it possible to give this bookmark a name visible in the browser? I am 
not able to find a signature/ID for this bookmark.

(I am a bit frighten of sending it, could be this too is a 
Cygwin/Windows error only :-\ ).
