I've removed the <epigraph> tags. The text is way too large to fit in such a
narrow place and make the paragraphs soooo long. Maybe it could be handled
better with your 2nd solution with .css files that you posted some days ago.

In the meantime if it could go I'll commit these changes. Chosmetic changes
are not so important and could be done without ml peer review, IMHO.
