Hi, 

because I just noticed by my last checkin, there are a few, small things
where I need to be picky. Reason being is that the ChangeLog is not
consistent with its syntax anymore.

I think there is even a GNU style guide for ChangeLogs around, I might
have even posted it to the gimp-docs mailing list in the past.

Ulf for example uses some kind of a heading for it's commit message in
the ChangeLog, Marco forgets the whitespace between the '*' and the
entry and Julien sometimes uses 8 spaces for indentation than tabs (yes
- the only case where I can think of where tabs are used).

So, not being to fuzzy here, but this looks like inconsistencies are
creeping in.
