[Gimp-user] custom setup for mouse wheel

Sometime back I wrote a tutorial

It was written under the 2.2.x series of Gimp releases.  In it, I set up the mouse wheel
to control both the scale and the softness/hardness of brushes created in the brush
editor.  In 2.4.1, I can find the function to control scale, but is the one to control
brush hardness no longer there?
