[Gimp-user] I can't install new font in Gimp 2.4 RC2 for win

hi, all

I think, it's a bug of 2.4 rc2
I use gimp 2.4 rc2 on windows xp pro sp2

when I copy some new font file into gimp font folder
like C:\Documents and Settings\user name\.gimp-2.4\fonts
and refresh font dialog of gimp, then new fonts must be displayed
in the dialog. but they wasn't.
and I restart gimp and try again. but they arenot display still.

and if I install windows' font folder, C:\WINDOWS\Fonts
I can see and use new fonts.

Isn't it a bug?
