[Gimp-user] N00b question: why is Photocopy filter not showing up in Gimp2.0 on Mac/Leopard/fink?

OK, so Gimp2.0 is all that I see available in Fink on Leopard.  But when I go to the gimp.org site, the only documentation is for 2.2 and 2.4.  When I google
Gimp2.0, I get redirected to the 2.2 documentation.  I must be missing
something, but what?

Anyway, the 2.2 documentation says this:

And when I go to Filters->Artistic in Gimp2.0, there is only the following (no Photocopy filter):

Apply Canvas
Cubism
GIMPressionist
Oilify

Am I just out of luck until 2.2 is ready for Fink?
